I had to rummage in my deck chest for something and I took the opportunity to take a quick photo of the full tarot family hehehe.
Also I stole that cow from my siblings last weekend when I was at my mom’s house. I named her Clara and she is now my best friend.
Pulled a few cards before I started studying for my German class.
I love the colors of the Miracles Now affirmations deck. It’s so spacey and cute and fun.
I want to take more pics, but for some reason I’ve felt SO tired since I woke up.

I’m very excited to start learning Lenormand. It looks like a lot of fun. And the cards are so tiny! The Art of Life cards were way bigger than I expected and the Lenormand cards were smaller than expected. I thought it was a really cute and funny surprise.
This card makes me think of the things that control us in our everyday lives. Ever since I was exposed to the idea of Family Chains and Instilled Beliefs, I keep thinking about them and the way they affect our daily decisions.
Family Chains and Instilled Beliefs can be summed up as the beliefs that we have absorbed from our family and from our environment and that determine how we view and interact with the world. Why do we choose the things that we choose? Why do we walk the paths that we walk?
In essence, what controls us? What has made us who we are? Am I under the control of my family’s beliefs? Am I the person that I want to be or am I controlled by a worldview that was imposed on me?
I keep wondering.
